Wine-growing Slovenia

The law on wine devides the wine-growing areas of the Republic of Slovenia to
3 wine-growing regions and 9 districts.

For the division of vital importance are ecological conditions, the science of viticulture, the main organoleptic characteristics of must, wine and other products as well as historical and traditional aspects of production.
