Call for participants

1. Presentation

The price for participation includes:

presentation of any number of products on the stand;
standard exhibition booth: desk and nameplate;
wine glasses with the logo of the event;
communication and information;
basic entry in the brochure of the event;
basic presentation on the official website;
promotion of Ljubljana wine route in the media.

Registration and payment until 31.5.2010: 200 €+VAT
Registration and payment until 31.7.2010: 250 €+VAT
Registration and payment until 30.9.2010: 300 €+VAT
In case of participation at both events, we offer a discount of 50 €!

2. Advertising on the website

- Banner – permanent visibility: 400 €+VAT
- Banner – alternating visibility: 250 €+VAT
- Logo on the bulletin board: 100 €+VAT

3. Advertising in the brochure (size15x15):

- 1 page 250 €+VAT
- ½ page 280 €+VAT
- ¼ page 150 €+VAT
- Logo 80 €+VAT

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration can be made through the official website. Prices are bound to registration and payment deadlines. Participants of previous festivals have priority for participation if they apply on schedule.
Registration is valid with the approval of the organizer and payment of the pro forma invoice.
For the purpose of promotion, the organizer will use the information that were given in the application form by the applicant, and is not responsible if the information was entered incorrectly.
All prices are stated in Euros and do not include VAT.
The organizer will issue an invoice for the prepaid pro forma invoice to the applicant in the month of receipt of payment.
In case of cancellation of participation the prepaid sum will be returned only if the notice was given in advance of at least 30 days before the event.
For allocation to the hotels the organizer will take into account the expressed wish of the applicant and the order of requests depending on available places.
Slovenian Wine Festival and Culinary Festival are not sales events.
Ljubljana Wine Route is a sales event. Therefore exhibitors which will sale their products must be registered for sale (as farmers, independent entrepreneurs, companies, etc.). The vendor should also take into account the legal conditions for the sale (issuing invoices, etc.).
The organizer may terminate the cooperation in case that the applicant has not settled all the obligations to the organizer.
